wholemeal bread

Served with cranberry and chilli dip and salad

d) Farmhouse Pate
Served with chefs caramelised onion chutney,
toast and salad garnish
Main Course
e) Grilled Fillet of Salmon
With a prawn and mushroom cream sauce
f) Fillet of Chicken in a Diane Sauce
Onions + tomato concasse with mushrooms brandy + cream
g) Vegetable Wellington
Layers of roasted vegetables and Portobello
mushrooms with stilton encased in puff pastry
h) Beef in Stilton
Slow cooked Beef n red wine sauce, with mushrooms and onions finished with English Stilton
Desserts will be chosen from the menu on the
evening
